Job Specification:

JGP Engineering carried out work on a new 5-storey, 100 apartment development with 7 ground floor retail units, associated external works and multi-storey car parking.

 220 Cantilevered walkout balconies, galvanised and
    powder coated with timber decking, handrails and pergola's

 26 Structural Steel Internal Staircases with Balustrade,
    supplied in a primed finish.

 115 Juliet Balconies, galvanised and powder coated with
    timber handrails

All timber works were constructed and installed by JGP Engineering's in house Joinery division.
