A balcony is tradionally the 'outside space' that we all desire. Balconies can be manufactured to any size or shape with a variety of finishes. The base section can be cantilevered from the building or on legs to suit the architect’s requirements. The floor finish can be to suit your project requirements but typically the base can be decked with traditional decking boards, durbar or expanded mesh. More elaborate finishes can be applied please contact us for details. The balustrade section can be a variety of materials including but not limited to Mild steel, Stainless steel, Glass, Perforated plate, a variety of weld mesh finishes & wood. We can offer help and advice on designs to suit budgets and requirements. Where required typical finishes on mild steel would be galvanised which could be electrostatic painted or polyester powder coated. Stainless steel can be 304 or 316 (marine grade with polished or brushed finish). Glass can be clear or coloured toughened or toughened laminated. At JGP we pride ourselves in being able to offer the complete product. Whether it is just mild steel or the most elaborate balcony with glass, stainless steel, timber decking or any configuration we can not only manufacture, supply and install the product, we can offer full in house 3D design to illustrate the finished product to your client with back up calculations. Juliet Balconies The Juliet balcony is used across French windows to provide an aesthetically pleasing and building regulation approved barrier on upper floors of apartment blocks where French windows are fitted. As with all balcony balustrades a number of styles and finishes can be applied to suit the Architects vision.
